The purchase of art is special. For the buyer and artist alike, the creation of something handmade and out of one individual's mind is a unique experience that will forever connect the two.
Much of the fine art you are viewing is framed or completed in a contemporary manner that is considered "finished". Many of these pieces are created on deep-edge canvas supports and painted around the edges. Original art that is complete with additional framing will be noted in the description. Photographic prints and certain other prints can be purchased either framed or matted only. On each artist's portfolio page, you have the opportunity to purchase his work online through PayPal. PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay and get paid online. The service allows members to send money without sharing financial information, with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, credit cards or promotional financing. Shipping Art
Art is double-boxed in most cases. Framed works and art in craft media (excepting jewelry and small items) is subject to double-boxing, using a styrofoam peanut or bubble-wrap buffer layer.
Unframed works such as photographic prints and giclees may be bubble-wrapped and put inside a mailer envelope for shipment.
Jewelry will be packaged for gift presentation and boxed for shipment.
A "Form of Provenance" with the specifications of each piece will be sent with each item purchased.
*ALL ONLINE PURCHASES SHIP FOR FREE! Item(s) must be purchased through this web site for free shipping offer. Art purchases are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. All shipments include full insurance. Once the item is prepared for shipping, a confirmation will be forwarded to you via email with a delivery confirmation number/tracking number for monitoring the shipment's transit. (*excludes art that is not able to be shipped by common carriers specified)
All items purchased from the NAACO Gallery online store are shipped within 1-2 days unless otherwise requested by a client. In the event an item is damaged in transit, the NAACO Gallery will work with UPS/USPS to file a claim and have the item repaired and/or replaced. The client must keep all of the original packaging materials until the claim has been approved by UPS/USPS.
Some of the art is considered "oversized" by commercial carriers such as UPS or Fed Ex. If the art work is above the limits in either dimension or weight, the item must be picked up at the gallery or shipped via truck. Please contact the gallery for a quote regarding these special circumstances.
We also offer door-to-door van service for oversize, extremely fragile and/or heavy objects within a 200 mile radius. The charge for this is $1/mile, based on a one-way trip. So, if the recipient is 100 miles away from North Adams, MA, the shipping charge for this service is $100. International patrons: Please contact the gallery by telephone or email to discuss shipping options. The online, immediate purchase option, in which PayPal is used, isn't instructed to calculate international orders. We regret this inconvenience.
Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days after purchase for store credit or exchange only. Please contact us at 413-664-4003 prior to shipping any returns for approval. Items must be returned in original unused condition and original packaging. Shipping costs are non refundable. Be sure to use a shipping service that provides a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover full cost.
